Forever Young BBL Clinton, Utah

BBL, or BroadBand Light, is the next generation of phototherapy which improves, pigment, redness, and overall skin quality anywhere on the body, including visible signs of aging, sun damage, acne and more. This impressive treatment utilizes pulses of light energy to gently heat the skin’s surface. This process induces the body’s natural healing process for improved elastin and collagen production—leaving you luminously glowing with continued improvement over time!

Forever Young BBL treats all of the following:

  • Freckles
  • Age Spots
  • Cherry Angiomas
  • Rosacea

This is also an incredible anti aging treatment that should be done as maintenance at least twice a year. There is no downtime for our Forever Young BBL. Patients can enjoy normal social activities immediately after treatment, and there is no heavy or time-intensive post-care. BBL uses highly advanced cooling technology to ensure treatments are not only safe and quick, but comfortable for you.
During treatment, you should feel minimal to no discomfort as your provider gently glides the BBL handpiece across the skin. Simultaneously, a sapphire on the end of its applicator will keep the skin cool and comfortable. After the treatment, most patients will continue to feel warm for an additional 30 to 60 minutes.

FAQs

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments needed will vary from patient to patient and your provider will personalize a treatment plan based on the level of improvement you desire. Your provider may also combine your treatment with other popular aesthetic procedures to further personalize your treatment.

How long does the treatment take?

It can take as little as 30 minutes, depending on the area you are looking to treat, as well as the treatment you are receiving. Treatment time varies from patient to patient.

What will happen during the procedure?

Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. You may briefly feel a warm or “rubber band snap” sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas. Your procedure may take a few minutes to half an hour depending on the size of the area to be treated and the type of procedure performed.

Will it be uncomfortable?

The procedure is non-invasive, typically gentle and safe. Generally, there is no need for a topical anesthetic.

What should I expect after the treatment?

You may experience some redness that should resolve within a few hours. Consult your p if it does not. For some spots, you will see a darkening of the treated areas followed by fading and flaking off at a later stage. Results depend on your skin type, the number of treatments, and the area treated. Your physician will provide you with complete information about the post treatment care and results.

How long will it take to recover?

This is a non-invasive and typically gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you are able to return to work, and resume most of your activities immediately.

What aftercare do I need?

It is important to follow your physician’s instructions. You may be given some skin care products and instructions on how to use them. You will be sensitive to ultraviolet light, and you must avoid direct sun exposure until completely healed. Fully cover your skin or use a good sunscreen whenever you go outdoors.
