To schedule a filler appointment, patients can either call SkinFX’s office or refer to our online booking link found on our website and social media pages. Patients receive both text and email reminders as well as pre-care instructions for their treatment and a 48 hour reminder call. Deposits are not required unless a patient has no-showed or canceled their appointment last minute 3+ times. We advise patients to fill out the necessary forms before their appointment to save time, but patients can also fill them out in the office at their appointment.

How Long To Recover and See Results?Most clients notice softening in a few days, and you can expect your BOTOX® or Dysport® injections to last 3 to 4 months, at which time you can schedule another treatment session. Although lines in the face may decrease and seemingly disappear, you will need to receive injections regularly to maintain the effects.

What Are Possible Side Effects of BOTOX® and Dysport® Treatments?Side effects for these injectable treatments are usually minimal, and patients can return to their normal routines right away. There may be slight pain at the injection site or minor swelling and bruising. However, the side effects are temporary and will subside quickly. More severe complications include double vision, drooping eyelids, blurred vision, and swollen eyes. Serious side effects should be reported to one of our nurse injectors immediately. What Are Botox and Dysport?BOTOX® and Dysport® are injectable treatments for wrinkles that temporarily relax the muscles. What's The Treatment Experience Like?During treatment, injections will be put directly into the muscles of concern. Is There A Difference Between Botox and Dysport?Both products neurotoxins that are made from botulinum toxin A. They work almost the same. Are chemical peels good for my skin?Yes! Chemical peels are controlled wounds that are giving you deep exfoliation. To get the most out of chemical peels, it is recommended to have them done in a series.

How much will I peel?Peeling differs from one patient to the next, but the esthetician will have a good idea of how much peeling you will or will not have when you are in your treatment. If you don’t peel or flake, that doesn’t mean you didn’t receive good treatment

Are chemical peels safe?Chemical peels are safe when performed by an experienced, educated, and licensed aesthetician. Infections or scarring are very rare risks.

Is Kybella safe?Kybella is safe, non-invasive, and can be performed quickly with little downtime. Small injections are given underneath your chin, and Kybella spreads out to destroy fat cells. In about 15 to 20 minutes, you will be done with our Kybella treatments.
